If physical defect arises and a claim is received within the warranty period, it is the responsibility of Cloud V to either repair the product defect or exchange the product with a product that is new or is fully functional.

Each Cloud F17 Vaporizer comes with a unique serial number that is located next of the charging port. In order to receive your warranty card, you should register your vaporizer after purchase.
